1. Assist in the coordination of the university’s public relations activities.
2. Draft the university’s news releases.
3. Plan and organize news conferences and other mass media related activities.
4. Plan and organize the university fairs and other image-building promotional activities.
5. Plan and edit the briefings and other related booklets and DVDs on MCU’s development and student recruitment affairs.
6. Collect updated information and news stories related to the university and student recruitment affairs at home and abroad.
7. Manage the distribution of the university’s souvenirs.
8. Assist in the arrangement of university guest visits.
9. Train and manage MCU’s student good-will ambassadors.
10. Manage and maintain the Public Relations Section’s website.
11. Manage and maintain the websites for high school students.
12. Manage the work-and-study students of the Public Relations Section.
13. Execute the annual budgetary plan of the Alumni Relations Section.
