University Extension Division

Introduction

The purpose of the University Extension Division is to help Ming Chuan University supplement the higher education system, and become a community education center for lifelong learning. This section has developed the Taipei Community College, the Taoyuan Community College, and the Kinmen Community College, according to the resources of each campus. These colleges drive community development, create local interest in continuing education, and create an environment for life-long education.

Mission

The mission of the University Extension Division is to be the second heart of Ming Chuan University, in providing high quality educational services. The section closely follows the Ministry of Education guidelines for adult education; and offers higher education and refresher courses, which meet the current needs for supplementary academic education by the general public, who seek self improvement and the desire for further education.
